Checkups are $50–$75, depending on the number of plants and the time needed. Send a few photos and your Austin neighborhood so I can confirm the work and exact price before you book. Repotting and larger projects are quoted separately.
I’ll stop by to care for your plants while you’re out of town. We’ll agree on a watering plan and visit schedule before you leave.

For a standard Austin visit of up to 30 minutes. Larger collections, extensive outdoor watering, longer visits, and additional travel are quoted before booking.
This is routine care while you’re away. Consultations and repotting are booked separately.
You don’t need to know where to begin. We can shape a garden bed, patio planter, or growing corner around your light, space, style, and the things you want to grow.

If a Garden Vision Consultation is needed, we’ll agree on that before booking. Plants, soil, materials, hauling, and installation are quoted separately.

A careful refresh when a plant needs a better fit, fresh soil, or improved drainage.
Larger or more involved repotting is quoted separately. Plant count, visit length, follow-ups, and included work are confirmed in your written quote. Materials and any applicable tax are separate. Plant recovery cannot be guaranteed.

THE PERSON BEHIND PLANT REBOOT
Hi, I’m Javier Nieves.
I was born in Puerto Rico, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve watched my grandfather care for his plants. That love of growing things has stayed with me ever since.
Over the past seven years, I’ve spent my time designing with, caring for, and learning about plants and flowers. There’s still so much to learn, and that’s part of what I love about it.
Plant Reboot is my way of sharing that love here in Austin. Whether you need help with one plant or want to make a little garden of your own, I’d love to help you get started.

What area do you serve?
Plant Reboot is based in Austin. Send your neighborhood with your plant photos so we can confirm whether an in-person visit is available and whether travel affects the quote.
Do I need to buy soil or pots first?
No. Let’s look at your plants first. Any recommended pots, soil, and other materials will be discussed and approved before you buy them or they are added to a quote.
How do booking and payment work?
Email austin@plantreboot.com or message me on Instagram with a few plant photos and your neighborhood. I’ll confirm the service, price, and payment arrangements before we schedule. Larger projects may require a deposit agreed in advance.
Can you care for my plants while I’m away?
Yes. Vacation plant sitting starts at $35 for a visit of up to 30 minutes. Email me your travel dates, neighborhood, and a few photos of the plants you’d like cared for. We’ll confirm the number of visits, total price, care instructions, and home access before you leave.
Can every plant be saved?
Not every plant will recover. I’ll explain what I’m seeing, discuss realistic options, and help you make an informed care plan without promising a guaranteed result.
